  1. Prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise noted.

  2. We accept payment via major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as displayed on the Site.

  3. You confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  1. We ship Products to addresses within New Zealand and may ship internationally where permitted.

  2. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout.

  3. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns and Refunds

  1. We accept returns of unworn, unwashed Products with tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

  2. To initiate a return, contact info@hayatiastyle.com with your order number and reason for return.

  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

  4. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

8. Intellectual Property
